Three things can happen to a card that is not showing the 3D badge. They look different and mean different things.
”Not accepted”
The input was checked before any work started and declined with a reason. Credits are returned. Fix the input and try again: When an input is not accepted.
”Failed · Couldn’t finish”
The model was being built and something went wrong. Credits are returned. Open the card for the message, then try again. If the same input fails twice, tell us with the model’s name; we can look at the job directly.
”Processing” for a long time
Normal times are a few minutes for One-shot, Face and Fast clones, and often 20 to 30 minutes for a Max clone. The phases move in order, and the last one is the longest.
- Refresh the page. The card recovers its real state from the server. Closing the tab never cancels a job.
- Wait it out. A One-shot with no result after 45 minutes is shown as failed on your screen. If it finishes late, the card corrects itself the next time you open the workspace.
- Check that My Community loads. If nothing on the page loads, it is your connection, not the job.
You can remove a stuck card with the trash icon. Do that only after 45 minutes; a job that is merely slow will still complete.
