A model open in Space
Space is the second app, reached from Open in Space on any finished card, the Space link in the header, or Open in Space inside the viewer. It opens one model at a time and puts every tool around it.

The layout

  • Top bar: the model’s name (click to rename), a switcher to jump to another of your models, the ? controls sheet, Export to Blender, and Download with GLB, USDZ, OBJ and STL.
  • Tool tabs: Texture, Topology and Viewer. Each tab shows its tools as tiles on the left; a tile opens its panel.
  • View strip, top right: Rendered, Clay, Wireframe, Color only, Surface bumps, Shininess, Metal. Keys 1 to 7 do the same.
  • Gizmo: click an axis to look from the front, back, top, bottom, left or right.
  • Layers, at the bottom of any panel: every version of this model, with In view marking the one you are looking at.

Versions

Every tool that changes the model saves a new version and keeps your Original. Retopology adds a clean-quad layer. A texture repair adds a patch layer and, when you save, a new version. Switch between them in the Layers list, and download whichever one is in view.
