# Choose how to create

> Clone, One-shot or Face: which one fits what you have in hand

The mode you pick decides what the bar asks for. It does not lock the result: every model becomes a normal asset that any tool in Space can work on later.

## Pick by what you have

* **A real thing in front of you** → Clone. Take the photos now, see [Photo best practices](/create/photo-best-practices).
* **Only one picture of it** → One-shot with the **Image** input. Clone needs several angles of the same object.
* **A drawing or a screenshot** → One-shot with the **Sketch** input. Clone declines sketches, see [When an input is not accepted](/create/not-accepted).
* **Just words** → One-shot with **Prompt**.
* **A person's face** → Face.

<Tip>Not sure between Clone and One-shot Image? One-shot costs 1 credit and takes a few minutes. Try it first, then Clone the object properly if you need it exact.</Tip>
