# Plans and buying credits

> Free, Pro and Studio, and how billing works

Pick a plan from the **credits pill** in the workspace header or from [Pricing](https://unrealizex.com/pricing/). Checkout runs through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Credits land on your account within a minute of your order, and again every month.

## Managing it

**My Account → Subscription** shows your plan and credits, and is where you upgrade, cancel, or update the card. Cancelling keeps the credits you already have.

## Refunds

Failed and not-accepted jobs are refunded automatically. For anything else, see the [refund policy](https://unrealizex.com/refunds/) or [contact us](/troubleshooting/contact-support).
